What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, BBA, BCCA or MBA
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PTP / F&A Operations
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good understanding of End-to-End Procure to Pay (PTP):
  • Procurement & PO Processing
  • Invoice Processing & Resolution
  • Payment Processing
  • Vendor Reconciliations
  • Helpdesk & stakeholder queries
• Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, MIS reporting
• Ability to handle team management, client escalations & leadership reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end/project deadlines
• Good understanding of SOPs, controls and compliance
• Passion for process improvement and driving efficiencies
• Flexible to work in shifts from Nagpur

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external stakeholder communication
• Resolve queries and escalations with clear, concise responses
• Ensure SOPs are documented, updated and followed
• Identify errors, analyze root causes and suggest improvements
• Support MIS reporting and business reviews
• Maintain strong attention to detail and control compliance
• Drive process improvements and support cross-training initiatives
