Job Title: Lead Finance Analyst (OTC)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Experience: 4-8 yrs

Band: BPO 3

Salary: up to 9 LPA



REQUIREMENTS

Finance/Commerce graduate with at least 4 years of experience in OTC / F&A operations

Strong communication skills – Verbal and written

Good understanding of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, Bad Debt Management

Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach with Client/stakeholder

management skills, Has the ability to drive the team, team collaboration, capacity to train the team.

Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment

Good Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint to articulate Monthly / Quarterly

MIS reporting

Ability to adhere to a strong control environment

A good team player

Ability to drive efficiencies and process improvements

Ability to be agile and cross -train effectively

Flexible in Shifts, Working from Nagpur Location


RESPONSIBILITIES

Good oral and written communication skills in English - with all internal and external Stakeholders

Clear and concise responses to queries and escalations

Ensure SOP’s are accurately documented, updated and adhered to

An analytical mind - follows a process, understands why they are performing the tasks, spots errors and will offer up ways to improve quality

Problem solver who has a growth mindset

Good attention to detail

Strong Excel skills (eg Pivot tables, Vlookups…)

Understands the implications of deadlines (at month end and project based)
