About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst – OTC with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and F&A operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, team-handling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end OTC operations, including Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.

• Handle stakeholder queries and escalations with clear and concise communication.

• Drive team collaboration, support team performance, and effectively train team members.

• Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated, and adhered to.

• Identify process gaps, errors, and opportunities for quality improvement and efficiency.

• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Maintain strong process controls and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Manage month-end and project-related deadlines effectively.

• Support cross-training and adapt to changing business requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in OTC / F&A operations.

• Strong verbal and written English communication.

• Good knowledge of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.

• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

• Team handling, training, and stakeholder/client management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Flexible to work in shifts from the Nagpur location.

Education

B.Com / BBA / BCCA / MBA / Master's in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
