Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Learning Content Analyst to support the administration and optimization of digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing learning experiences, managing content, and driving data-based insights to improve learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Degreed platform, including user management and system configuration.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives.

• Develop and curate learning paths and content libraries aligned with employee development goals.

• Monitor and analyze learning data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

• Support the development of standardized learning processes, templates, and procedures.

• Ensure learning content meets accessibility standards and provides equitable access to all users.

• Partner with business stakeholders to align learning solutions with expected business outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and digital learning tools.

• Experience troubleshooting platform-related and learner issues.

• Ability to analyze learner engagement data and generate meaningful insights.

• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.

• Strong collaboration skills to support tech-enabled learning design initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms (Degreed preferred).

• Proven experience in content curation and learning pathway design.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in training and supporting users on learning platforms.

• Ability to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field

Certifications (Good to Have)
