Job Description

We are hiring an Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations in Mumbai with 2–10 years of experience in Cards Operations, Disputes, Collections, and Italian language support. The role involves handling Italian-language client communication, supporting card operations processes, preparing MIS reports, analyzing operational data, and ensuring stringent client deliverables and service quality. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.

2. Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking clients and stakeholders through written and verbal communication.

3. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reports using MS Office tools.

4. Analyze operational data, identify process trends and issues, and support timely resolution of client and operational concerns.

5. Meet stringent client deliverables, SLA requirements, quality standards, and reporting timelines while supporting presentations and stakeholder interactions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Any Discipline, preferably Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• 2–10 years of relevant experience in Cards Operations, Banking Operations, Disputes, Collections, or Financial Services BPO.

• Strong Italian language proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

• Good analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and ability to meet stringent client deliverables.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
