Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations to support cards-related processes, with a strong focus on disputes and collections. The ideal candidate should have excellent Italian language proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes effectively.

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.

• Analyze operational issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned deliverables.

• Meet stringent client deliverables and agreed service levels.

• Prepare and deliver effective presentations as required.

• Use MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, documentation, and presentations.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Support day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and process compliance.

• Use Italian language skills for written and verbal communication.

Eligibility
