Role Overview

We’re looking for an Italian Language Specialist to support Cards Operations, with strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Cards Operations, particularly Disputes and Collections.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Italian.

• Prepare MIS reports and presentations.

• Analyze operational data and meet client deliverables.

• Support day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong Italian language skills – written and verbal.

• Experience in Cards Operations, Disputes, or Collections.

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.

• Effective presentation and client communication skills.

• Ability to work against stringent client timelines.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
