Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for an Italian Customer Service – Banking role. The ideal candidate should have strong Italian language proficiency, good English communication skills, and the ability to read, understand, and translate Italian. Banking domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Freshers can apply if they are full-time Commerce graduates with B2 proficiency in English.

• Candidates from non-Commerce backgrounds may be considered if they have relevant previous work experience.

• B2 Italian language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions in Italian and English.

• Read, understand, and translate Italian-language communications.

• Provide accurate and professional customer support.

• Resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality and process compliance.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Follow defined banking processes, policies, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate customer and transaction-related information.

• Meet defined productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Eligibility Requirements

• B2 Italian language proficiency is mandatory.

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Candidates must have average/good English communication skills.

• Candidates must be willing to work from the office.

• Banking domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates must have “Italian” explicitly mentioned on their CV.

• Mumbai candidates should be available to work from TCS Powai, Mumbai.
