We are hiring an experienced Interview Scheduling Specialist to coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for global recruitment teams. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting US/UK or international hiring, managing interview calendars, coordinating with Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and candidates, and ensuring a seamless interview experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

• Manage interview calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Maintain interview records and provide scheduling updates.

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Use MS Excel and HR systems to track interview schedules and related data.
