Role Overview

TCS is hiring an experienced HRO Payroll Assistant Manager to manage global payroll operations across multiple geographies. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, payroll compliance, vendor management, payroll reporting, employee query resolution, statutory compliance, audit support, and stakeholder management while ensuring payroll accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.

• Process employee wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax calculations.

• Maintain accurate payroll and employee master data.

• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

• Validate payroll through reconciliations and audit checks.

• Generate payroll reports, payslips, payroll registers, and finance reports.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries.

• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll Vendors, and regulatory authorities.

• Manage year-end payroll activities and statutory reporting.

• Support internal and external payroll audits.

• Ensure payroll data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Payroll Operations experience.

• Experience in Multi-country / Global Payroll.

• Knowledge of international payroll regulations.
