Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic professional for the HRO Learning & Development profile to support learning administration and training operations for global HR processes. The​ role involves coordinating learning activities, managing training records, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of learning programs while delivering high quality service in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.

• Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication in German and English.

• Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and related documentation.

• Work with internal teams, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure seamless learning delivery.

• Maintain accuracy in reports, dashboards, and training administration activities.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.

• Handle learner queries and provide timely resolution for training-related requests.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in learning administration processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, shared services, or back-office operations.

• German language proficiency is mandatory.

• B1/B2 certification in German is compulsory.

• Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.

• Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations will be preferred.​

• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and process orientation.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to work from office in Bangalore and support business requirements as applicable.

• Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms will be an added advantage.
