Job Description: HR Support Executive – Employee Services

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Support Executive to provide first-level HR assistance to employees, line managers, vendors, and other authorized stakeholders. The role involves resolving HR-related queries through calls and following established procedures, service standards, and knowledge-base guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 HR queries related to HR policies, employee data, payroll, benefits, learning and development, and time and attendance.

• Provide accurate information and aim for first-contact resolution.

• Record call details, case information, and resolution notes in the designated ticketing system.

• Follow defined SLAs, quality standards, and escalation procedures.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with employee data privacy requirements.

• Research queries using available knowledge articles and HR systems.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–6 years of relevant experience.

• Mandatory international voice process experience; domestic-only voice experience is not acceptable.

• US voice process experience and international HR helpdesk experience are preferred.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, Avaya, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Basic MS Office knowledge and typing speed of 30 WPM with 100% accuracy.

Work Conditions

• Mandatory 5-day work-from-office arrangement.

• Must be flexible to work rotational shifts across a 24/7 schedule, including US night shifts.

• Remote working is not available.
