Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Case Management to manage end-to-end HR disciplinary cases for US employees. The role involves handling employee relations matters, providing HR policy guidance, supporting managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and US labor laws, and maintaining accurate case documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR disciplinary cases from initiation to closure.

• Handle attendance management, call avoidance, job abandonment, unauthorized settlements, and related employee relations cases.

• Provide HR policy guidance and support to managers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and applicable US labor laws.

• Maintain accurate case documentation and records.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and case trend analysis.

• Support employees through the disciplinary process with professionalism and empathy.

• Evaluate complex HR cases and recommend appropriate actions.

• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to improve HR case management processes.

• Handle client and employee calls as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Case Management.

• Experience managing disciplinary cases from initiation to closure.

• Knowledge of US HR policies and labor law.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong empathy, listening, and conflict resolution skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

• Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
