Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Design, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, MIS reports, and custom datasets.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver meaningful workforce insights.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support business-critical data requests.
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation, process guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and process optimization.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in HR Reporting, MIS, Reporting & Analytics, or Data Analysis.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience working with global stakeholders is highly preferred.
