Job Title: HR Operations Associate – German Language Support

Job Overview:

TCS is hiring for the role of HR Operations Associate – German Language Support. This position involves supporting Hire to Retire (HRO) processes and handling HR operations tasks in the German language. The role requires strong communication skills in German and flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.

Salary:

Up to ₹11 LPA (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO) activities

• Handle communication and coordination in the German language

• Manage HR operational tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines

• Work closely with internal teams for process execution

• Use MS Office for reporting and operational tasks

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR process delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in German (Speaking & Writing)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic understanding of HR Operations / HRO (experience not mandatory)

• Working knowledge of MS Office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3) – Graduation is compulsory

• B2 / C1+ level certification in German language is mandatory

• Open to candidates from any domain or background

• Reject profiles where German is not mentioned in the CV

• Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible

Experience / Band:

• Experience: 1 to 8 years

• Band: BPO 1 / 2 / 3

Shift Timings:

• 1 PM – 11 PM IST

• Must be flexible for 24/7 shift environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong German communication skills

• Comfortable working in HR operations / backend environment

• Flexible and adaptable to shift-based work

• Detail-oriented with good accuracy
