Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing German Language with 16–18 years of experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.

The candidate must have German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above and strong experience in BPS Service Operations, Service Management reporting, contract management, and SLA/KPI reporting.

The role involves leading global HR service delivery, managing client relationships, driving transformation, and ensuring operational and financial performance across Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

Must-Have Requirements

• German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above.

• Experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting.

• Strong experience in contract management and SLA/KPI reporting.

• 16–18 years of experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.

• Proven experience leading large-scale global delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

• Manage service levels, operational targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain service governance frameworks.

• Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements.

• Manage senior client stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting and governance.

• Drive HR transformation, process standardization, automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI initiatives.

• Lead workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, and talent management.

• Manage account-level financial performance, productivity, margins, and cost optimization.

• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, governance standards, audits, and data privacy requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for account expansion and service transformation.

Qualifications & Skills

• 16–18 years of relevant experience.

• German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 or above.

• Strong client management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.

• Experience with SLA/KPI management, contract management, and service governance.

• HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA certifications are preferred.

• Prior HRO background is preferred.
