Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead – L&D with strong German language proficiency and expertise in HRO / HR Shared Services. The role will lead global HR delivery operations, Learning & Development services, stakeholder management, service governance, transformation, and operational excellence.

Must Have

• German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 or above

• Experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting

• Strong experience in contract management and SLA reporting

• 16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services

• Strong leadership experience managing global, multicultural teams

• Excellent client, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred

• HRO / HR Shared Services background

• Strong experience in Learning & Development operations

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD

• Exposure to HR Analytics, Automation, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI

• Certifications in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.

• Ensure achievement of service levels, operational targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Establish governance frameworks to drive operational excellence, accountability, compliance, and predictable service outcomes.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements and build trusted client relationships.

• Provide executive-level delivery oversight through governance reviews, performance reporting, business insights, and continuous improvement recommendations.

L&D & Transformation

• Lead and support Learning & Development operations across global engagements.

• Drive process simplification, standardization, digitization, and service delivery modernization.

• Leverage automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI to improve operational efficiency and service outcomes.

Workforce & Talent Leadership

• Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, succession planning, and talent management.

• Ensure timely onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teams.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

• Own account-level financial performance, productivity, margin management, and cost optimization.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion, transformation, and value creation.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal governance standards, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR policies.

• Identify and mitigate operational risks while driving continuous process and control improvements.
