We're looking for an experienced PTP Team Leader with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain expertise and proven people management skills. If you've successfully led Accounts Payable teams, managed SLAs, and driven operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Procure-to-Pay operations team while ensuring SLA adherence.

Oversee the complete P2P lifecycle including:

• Invoice Processing

• Invoice Validation

• Purchase Orders

• Vendor Payments

• Query Resolution

• Statement Reconciliation

• VAT Compliance

Monitor operational KPIs, governance, controls, and compliance.

Ensure SOPs are updated and process improvements are implemented.

Collaborate with Payments, Helpdesk, SOA, Finance, and Business Stakeholders.

Drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring high performance.

Handle vendor escalations, dispute management, and stakeholder communications.

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of Finance & Accounting experience.

Strong P2P Team Handling experience (Mandatory).

End-to-End Procure-to-Pay process knowledge.

Hands-on experience in:

• Accounts Payable

• Invoice Processing

• Invoice Validation

• Vendor Management

• Payment Processing

• Query Resolution

• VAT Compliance

Understanding of P2P controls and governance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience managing teams.

⭐ Good to Have

Oracle ERP experience

Transformation / Process Improvement projects

SLA Management

Continuous Improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)

Graduation is Mandatory

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Com

• M.Com

• Equivalent Commerce Degree

Must be flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
