Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead – ADP GlobalView to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries from Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global payroll processing, payroll systems, HRIS platforms, payroll implementation and transitions, with strong hands-on knowledge of ADP GlobalView and Celegro.

The role involves managing mid-sized global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with regional payroll regulations, managing customer relationships, monitoring service performance, resolving escalations, and leading quality and training initiatives across the end-to-end payroll process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple countries and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.

• Manage payroll performance, workloads, escalations, risks, issues, and customer satisfaction across the payroll delivery function.

• Serve as the primary liaison between payroll teams and customers, supporting stakeholder communication and issue resolution.

• Lead end-to-end quality control activities, process controls, and training for payroll team members.

• Prepare and review monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, payroll reports, and operational performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 14–18 years of experience in payroll systems, payroll processing, or HRIS platforms.

• Strong experience with ADP GlobalView and Celegro is mandatory.

• Experience with US, UK, Middle East, and other global payroll regions including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, LATAM, Europe, APAC, and ASEAN.

• Experience managing mid-sized payroll operations and leading payroll teams.

• Exposure to payroll implementation and transition projects.

• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, analytical, critical-thinking, judgment, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Experience with ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar payroll/HRIS platforms is an advantage.

• ADP Celegro knowledge is mandatory.

• End-to-end multi-country payroll experience is essential.
