Job Title: German Language Processor Lead – HRO

Job Description

We are hiring a German Language Processor Lead – HRO with 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Hire-to-Retire (H2R). The role involves leading German-language HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, handling escalations, supporting global stakeholders, and ensuring SLA, quality, and process excellence.

Location : Bangalore

Shift : Rotational shifts, if required

Work Mode : As per business requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tier-1 and Tier-2 HR Operations / HRO support for German-speaking employees.

• Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) activities including onboarding, employee data management, job changes, transfers, leave administration, and offboarding.

• Handle HR queries related to Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, and Performance Management.

• Act as an escalation point for complex HR cases and employee issues.

• Ensure SLA, TAT, quality, productivity, and service delivery targets are achieved.

• Support and mentor HR Operations team members.

• Work with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Global HR teams.

• Ensure employee data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and HR process governance.

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• German language proficiency – B2/C1 or higher

• Strong English communication skills

• HR Operations / HRO / HR Shared Services

• Strong Hire-to-Retire (H2R) experience

• Experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS

• Global / multinational HR operations experience

• Team leadership and stakeholder management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRO, GBS, or H2R

• Experience handling German-speaking employees or global HR processes preferred.
