What we’re looking for:

* 7–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis
* Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering against SLAs/KPIs
* Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, and Advanced Excel
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage)
* Willing to work night shifts in Hyderabad
