Role Overview

We are hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, business intelligence, and commercial finance operations. The role involves leading an FP&A team, managing service delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, and leveraging Oracle ERP/EPM solutions to deliver strategic financial insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.

• Manage the annual corporate budget and rolling forecasts.

• Develop financial models and provide strategic business recommendations.

• Lead FP&A service delivery while ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.

• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.

• Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to support strategic decisions.

• Utilize Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.

• Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.

• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

• Ensure data governance and financial reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.

• Strong experience in FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting.
