Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting.

• ERP certification or proficiency is preferred.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support BlackLine modules based on business requirements.

• Work on Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journal modules.

• Support ICH, Cash Application, FRA, and BI Studio modules where applicable.

• Gather, analyze, and document customer business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design functional solutions.

• Configure BlackLine while understanding configuration versus customization.

• Support ERP integration and finance transformation initiatives.

• Prepare functional documentation and solution designs.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

• Work closely with global stakeholders and delivery teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and BlackLine consulting.

• Hands-on experience in 2–3 BlackLine implementation/support projects.

• Strong expertise in Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journals.

• Experience in ERP applications and Finance transformation projects.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
