Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BlackLine Consultant to support Finance & Accounting transformation initiatives. The role involves implementing and configuring BlackLine solutions, gathering business requirements, optimizing financial processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP and financial reconciliation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement BlackLine solutions across finance operations.

• Manage Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journal modules.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Collaborate with finance teams to design effective solutions.

• Support ERP integration and financial process optimization.

• Configure standard and custom financial reports.

• Troubleshoot application and process-related issues.

• Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Provide functional support and user guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or ERP Consulting.

• Hands-on experience with BlackLine.

• Experience with Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journals.

• Knowledge of Configuration vs Customization.

• Strong ERP application knowledge.

• Strong Finance & Accounting domain knowledge.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
