F&A Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&A Team Leader with strong knowledge of Finance and Equities Markets, particularly company financials and analyst/broker estimates. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, analytical, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to drive productivity, quality, and SLA performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 team members.

• Manage and monitor client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics.

• Drive production management and track productivity metrics.

• Analyze work-volume trends, identify peaks and valleys, and manage resources accordingly.

• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.

• Monitor individual and team performance against defined targets.

• Compile performance reports and ensure timely action on customer feedback.

• Identify training needs and recommend process-specific and soft-skill training.

• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support implementation of process improvement recommendations.

• Participate in operations and client/relationship calls.

• Drive team motivation and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds defined performance thresholds.

• Create and implement processes that improve business performance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Equities Markets, particularly company financials and analyst/broker estimates.

• Experience managing teams of up to 15–20 members.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as an F&A Team Leader.

• Experience in Finance & Accounting operations, financial research, or equity-market-related processes will be preferred.
