Role Overview

TCS is hiring an F&A Team Leader to lead Finance & Accounting operations supporting the Equities Market domain. The role involves managing a team, driving productivity, ensuring SLA compliance, analyzing financial information, overseeing operational performance, coaching analysts, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 analysts.

• Monitor production, productivity, and operational performance.

• Review and manage client-defined SLAs and internal KPIs.

• Analyze workload and resource utilization.

• Drive process improvement initiatives.

• Participate in client governance and relationship calls.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

• Compile performance reports and customer feedback.

• Support Finance & Accounting operations in the Equities Market domain.

• Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
