Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as an F&A Team Leader.

• Experience in leading teams within Finance & Accounting operations.

• Exposure to financial markets, particularly Equities, Company Financials, and Analyst/Broker Estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Finance & Accounting professionals.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics.

• Manage daily production activities and track team productivity.

• Analyze work volume trends and allocate resources effectively to meet business requirements.

• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and regular performance feedback to team members.

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

• Identify training needs and recommend process-specific and soft skills training.

• Prepare and share performance reports and customer feedback analysis.

• Participate in client calls, operational reviews, and relationship management meetings.

• Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds productivity and quality targets.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.

• Good knowledge of Equities Market, Company Financials, and Analyst/Broker Estimates.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
