Enterprise Service Delivery Manager (Telecom – B2B)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Telecom B2B Lead-to-Activate delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in order fulfilment, customer delivery, service activation, supplier coordination, SLA management, and enterprise customer lifecycle management. This role is responsible for ensuring first-time-right order quality, seamless service activation, and an exceptional customer experience across complex enterprise and wholesale delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Services & Customer Engineering

• Manage customer engineering intake, feasibility assessments, and solution routing.

• Validate product fit, technical dependencies, access readiness, and order readiness.

• Support presales teams with solution design and customer-specific requirements.

• Standardize delivery templates and promote automation-driven quality checks.

Customer & Service Demand Management

• Prioritize customer demand based on business value, complexity, SLAs, and delivery capacity.

• Ensure complete Sales-to-Delivery handoffs with accurate customer, contract, and technical information.

• Manage suppliers, access partners, and delivery dependencies.

• Drive SLA compliance, risk mitigation, workflow automation, and delivery governance.

Customer Delivery & Delivery Management

• Own the complete order lifecycle from acceptance through activation and billing readiness.

• Manage standard, complex, multi-site, and strategic enterprise customer deliveries.

• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Field Operations, Suppliers, Billing, and Support teams.

• Provide timely customer updates, manage escalations, and ensure successful service handover.

Technical Services

• Translate customer orders into provisioning and network implementation plans.

• Coordinate network planning, access validation, capacity planning, and last-mile feasibility.

• Resolve provisioning issues, design constraints, and capacity gaps with internal and external stakeholders.

Standard Delivery Services

• Manage order backlog, ageing orders, SLA tracking, and operational reporting.

• Ensure data accuracy, inventory management, and service data quality.

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), continuous improvement initiatives, and automation opportunities.

• Operate as the central escalation and support hub for delivery operations.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Telecom B2B Service Delivery or Enterprise Delivery Operations.

• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Activate, Order Fulfilment, Customer Delivery, and Service Activation.

• Experience managing complex enterprise, multi-site, and strategic customer deliveries.

• Expertise in vendor management, supplier governance, SLA management, and escalation handling.

• Strong experience in milestone tracking, backlog management, ageing order control, and delivery reporting.

• Customer-facing experience with delivery updates, risk management, acceptance, and service handover.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Experience driving process improvements, operational governance, RCA, and automation initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related discipline.
