About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Ad Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, geofencing, and location-based advertising.

The role involves planning, setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting digital advertising campaigns across display, mobile, video, and CTV/OTT channels. You will work with DSP platforms, audience targeting, campaign tracking, attribution, and performance optimization to deliver strong campaign results.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage geofencing campaigns using polygon, radius, address-based, and location-specific targeting.

• Build targeting strategies for competitor locations, events, store visits, and hyperlocal audiences.

• Configure audience segments, location rules, frequency caps, budgets, and campaign pacing within DSP platforms.

• Traffic and QA digital creatives across display, mobile, video, native, and CTV/OTT.

• Check geo boundaries, audience rules, conversion pixels, click trackers, landing pages, and third-party tags before campaign launch.

• Monitor live campaigns for impressions, clicks, conversions, footfall, and delivery.

• Identify and resolve issues such as under-pacing, over-pacing, geo leakage, low CTR, tag errors, creative rejection, and attribution gaps.

• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, conversions, footfall, store visits, and ROAS.

• Optimize bids, budgets, locations, audience segments, creatives, frequency caps, and inventory sources.

• Develop audience strategies using demographic, behavioral, CRM, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

• Analyze campaign trends and identify opportunities to improve ROI.

• Coordinate with account managers, sales teams, creative teams, vendors, and clients.

• Ensure campaigns follow data privacy, consent, location-data, platform, and brand-safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management, programmatic media buying, or performance marketing.

• Hands-on experience with geofencing and location-based advertising.

• Experience with mobile advertising, retargeting, programmatic campaigns, and audience targeting.

• Experience managing multiple campaigns, advertisers, geographies, budgets, and KPIs.

• Hands-on experience with DSPs such as Simpli.fi, GroundTruth, StackAdapt, Basis, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, mobile display, video, CTV/OTT, attribution, and conversion tracking.

• Strong Excel and campaign reporting skills.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, ad servers, pixel tracking, and attribution platforms.

• Knowledge of UTM tracking, click tags, impression tags, landing-page QA, and creative formats is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
