Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DERM Lead to drive a data-driven culture across operations by implementing Delivery Excellence initiatives, Quality Management Systems, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will lead business transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and process excellence programs while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a data-driven culture by delivering training on quality tools, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Conduct thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmaps for client accounts.

• Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver measurable business value and productivity improvements.

• Drive deployment of Quality Management Systems (iQMS), including ISO and CMMI best practices.

• Build organizational capability in Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, and Quality Management Systems.

• Lead automation and innovation initiatives to improve operational excellence.

• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks through the "No Surprise" framework.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to successfully deploy Delivery Excellence initiatives.

• Drive process improvement through data analytics and business transformation programs.

• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are recognized internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA, or Engineering graduate.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.

• Black Belt, Master Black Belt, PMP, Agile, QMS, or Digital certifications are preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 9–15 years of relevant experience in Delivery Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional in FAO (Finance & Accounting Outsourcing) processes.

• Proven experience delivering business value through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Experience in the service industry is mandatory.

• Exposure to Automation, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is an added advantage.

• Shift: Must be willing to work in all shifts (currently afternoon shift).

• Must be willing to travel based on client and business requirements.
