Role: Delivery Manager – Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations.

• Ensure SLA, KPI, quality, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.

• Manage large teams and drive operational excellence.

• Review dashboards, service metrics, and performance reports.

• Handle client escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Support internal and external audits while ensuring process compliance.

• Identify process gaps and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled transformation projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and identify business growth opportunities.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Accounts Payable (AP) operations.

• Strong accounting and finance domain knowledge.

• Experience managing large teams (100+ FTEs).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.

• Knowledge of Indian Accounting standards.

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and AI-based transformation initiatives is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Graduation is mandatory.
