Hiring: Delivery Manager – Payroll

Location: Hyderabad

Job Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Payroll Operations, HRO Delivery, or Payroll Service Management.

• Strong experience in US Payroll Processing and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Good understanding of payroll lifecycle, including gross-to-net processing, reconciliations, tax filing, and year-end activities.

• Strong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, SLAs, and KPIs.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or a related field.

• Payroll certifications (CPP/FPC) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll service delivery across HRO programs.

• Ensure payroll operations meet SLA, KPI, and compliance requirements.

• Manage US payroll processing, statutory compliance, tax filings, and reporting.

• Oversee payroll accuracy, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities.

• Utilize Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll execution and reporting.

• Handle client escalations and resolve complex payroll issues.

• Drive automation, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and client stakeholders for seamless payroll delivery.

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
