Job Title : Delivery Manager – HRIS 

Job Description

We are hiring a Delivery Manager – HRIS to lead end-to-end HR operations delivery with a strong focus on HRIS platforms, payroll compliance, and service management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRIS, HR operations, US payroll, Oracle HRMS, and SAP SuccessFactors, along with proven leadership and client management capabilities.

The role will drive SLA/KPI adherence, system optimization, automation, compliance, and continuous improvement within a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across HRIS-driven operations.

• Manage SLA and KPI performance across HR processes.

• Oversee US payroll statutory compliance, taxation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Drive HRIS automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead client governance reviews and stakeholder engagements.

• Ensure HR/payroll data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness.

• Act as escalation point for HRIS and payroll issues.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and internal delivery teams.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance, or related field.

• HRIS or payroll certification is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience: 7–10 years as per role requirement.

• Strong leadership experience in HR operations, HRIS delivery, or HRO service management.
