Hiring: Delivery Manager – HRIS

Location: Hyderabad

Job Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Delivery, or HRO Service Management.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Good understanding of US Payroll statutory compliance, taxation, and reporting.

• Experience in HRIS implementation, enhancement, and system optimization.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, and service delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance, or a related field.

• HRIS or Payroll certifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on HRIS-driven operations.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards.

• Manage HRIS platforms, including Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Ensure compliance with US payroll statutory requirements and reporting.

• Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor HR data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness.

• Act as the escalation point for HRIS and payroll-related issues.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and client stakeholders for seamless service delivery.

• Support governance reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.
