We’re hiring a Data Management Specialist (L2) with experience in customer data management, enterprise data operations, and data quality processes. What You’ll Do

* Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding, integration, and maintenance across enterprise systems
* Ensure customer data is accurately captured, validated, and maintained as per defined data governance policies
* Handle high-volume, time-sensitive data processing with strong focus on quality and turnaround time
* Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across the customer data lifecycle
* Perform root cause analysis for data issues and implement preventive actions
* Work with support teams to resolve system or data-related issues
* Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvement initiatives
* Use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in data operations
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in customer data management or enterprise data operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on experience with data management platforms or SaaS environments
* Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy practices
* Experience in SOP-driven and ticket-based support environments
* Proficiency in MS Excel or reporting tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability

* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
