About the Role

TCS is hiring Customer Service Associates for International Voice processes covering Banking & Cards (US & Australia) and Telecom Activation.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound international customer calls
• Understand customer concerns and provide quick solutions
• Aim for First Call Resolution
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams and field technicians
• Maintain excellent customer experience and service quality
• Follow process, compliance and regulatory requirements

Who Can Apply?

• Graduate with 1–3 years of international BPO/BPS customer service experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Good typing and data-entry skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows/computer applications
• Telecom experience is an advantage
• Understanding of Australian/New Zealand culture is a plus
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends and business requirements
