Role: SaaS Tech Support + Sales (International Voice Process)

What We Are Looking For:

- Graduate (or Undergrad with 18 months international BPO voice exp)

- Mandatory International Voice Experience

- Excellent English Communication - C1 Level (CEFR)

- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts

Your Role:

- Handle inbound queries via Voice / Chat / Email for SaaS products

- Provide First Call Resolution for billing, subscription, refund and account access

- Support installation and activation on Windows, iOS, Android, MacOS

- Drive cross-sell and upsell while maintaining customer-first approach

- Document cases in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

- Troubleshoot complex issues and handle escalations professionally
