Job Description:

We are looking for a Brand-Immersed Content SME who will act as the single-threaded owner of brand knowledge within content operations. This role requires deep collaboration with brand and marketing teams to ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, strategy, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in content strategy, healthcare communication, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate brand intent into scalable and high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary custodian of brand knowledge, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content.

• Develop and refine content strategies aligned with brand vision and positioning.

• Collaborate with brand teams, marketing, and SMEs to create impactful content.

• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

• Drive KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement strategies across digital and offline channels.

• Maintain high standards of content accuracy, compliance, and operational feasibility.

• Analyze content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in healthcare and regulatory environments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12–16 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or related roles.

• Strong background in healthcare, life sciences, or scientific domains.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

• Educational qualification: Minimum Science Graduate (MSc/Pharma/PhD/MD preferred).

• Candidates must have relevant experience in healthcare or scientific content.
