Role Overview

We are hiring a CLM (Cash & Liquidity Management) Analyst with experience in Finance & Accounting to support treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cash flow forecasting, fund transfers, remittances, and working capital management.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent

• B.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Must-Have Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM) or Treasury Operations

• Cash Flow Forecasting and Cash Monitoring

• Cash Management and Working Capital Management

• Experience with Interbank Fund Transfers

• Remittances and Repatriations

• Banking Operations and Treasury Processes

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• FRM (Financial Risk Manager) Certification from GARP (Preferred)

• Banking Relationship Management

• Treasury and Risk Management knowledge

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior management and Finance & Treasury teams with financial analysis and reporting.

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for inflows and outflows.

• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity.

• Process interbank fund transfers and maintain transfer journals.

• Schedule and process remittances and repatriations based on business requirements.

• Maintain working capital to support operational and contingency requirements.

• Ensure bank mandates are updated in line with company policies.

• Coordinate with banking partners for treasury-related activities.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Cash & Liquidity Management.

• Good understanding of banking operations and cash management processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in the 2nd Shift.
