About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Data Svs Sr Analyst to join the Life Sciences R&D vertical. The role will support clinical research and clinical trial activities by ensuring high-quality clinical data management, validation, programming, safety and efficacy deliverables, and adherence to applicable standards and SOPs.

The position will provide medical and clinical data expertise for trial oversight and safety-related activities, including the creation, review, and validation of protocol requirement specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by designing solutions using existing methods, procedures, and standards.

• Review approved protocols, study setup documents, submission documents, and output specifications.

• Perform QC checks for standard and non-standard safety and efficacy deliverables.

• Develop SAS programs and execute standard macros to generate SDTM-like datasets, SDTM datasets, tables, listings, figures, and trial-specific outputs.

• Perform developer testing and validate datasets and outputs in compliance with defined standards.

• Apply programming and data standards to improve efficiency and consistency across studies.

• Maintain project, validation, programming, and other required documentation in accordance with SOPs.

• Collaborate with Senior Statistical Programmers, study leads, programmers, offshore teams, onshore teams, and client stakeholders.

• Act as an interface between study teams, offshore teams, and onshore/client stakeholders to ensure smooth study execution.

• Support study execution, operational reporting, and day-to-day activities.

• Mentor and guide new hires, support onboarding, and resolve technical or process-related queries.

• Conduct and assess Service Readiness Assessments for new resources.

• Support resource management activities for ongoing and upcoming studies.

• Assist Statistical Programming Managers and Service Delivery Leads with operational reporting and daily support.

• Understand and align deliverables with strategic direction and team objectives.

• Work independently on routine assignments while seeking guidance for new or complex activities.

• Adhere to all applicable client and organizational SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Complete assigned training within defined timelines and continuously enhance technical and functional skills.

• Support organizational, non-clinical, business excellence initiatives, and task forces.

• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Services, Medical Monitoring, Clinical Data Management, Statistical Programming, or related areas.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of clinical trial data, safety/efficacy deliverables, and relevant data standards.

• Hands-on experience with SAS programming and clinical trial datasets is preferred.

• Ability to perform QC, validation, and documentation activities in compliance with SOPs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables within timelines.

• Prior experience mentoring team members or supporting new-hire onboarding is an advantage.
