Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Capital Projects Management Specialist with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and infrastructure project scheduling. The role will focus on developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules for large-scale infrastructure and capital projects, including hyperscale data centres and power grid infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in schedule development, activity sequencing, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, variance analysis, and project reporting. The role involves coordinating with scheduling leads, project teams, and global stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy, data integrity, and timely project execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.

2. Establish project baselines, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.

3. Monitor project progress, schedule performance, critical activities, and key milestones.

4. Conduct schedule health checks, progress validation, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

5. Ensure schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control, and compliance with project scheduling standards.

6. Support time impact assessments, scenario modelling, schedule optimization, and project planning activities.

7. Coordinate with scheduling leads, engineering teams, construction teams, and global stakeholders across multiple projects.

8. Track project activities across planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.

9. Identify scheduling risks, delays, and dependencies, and support the development of corrective action plans.

10. Prepare periodic schedule updates, dashboards, progress reports, and management reports.

11. Support scheduling operations for large-scale infrastructure, hyperscale data centre, and capital projects.

12. Contribute to process improvements, scheduling standardization, and operational efficiency.

13. Manage assigned work activities and support overall team objectives under management guidance.

14. Work in rotational shifts as required to support project and global delivery operations.
