Position Overview

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist – Darwin with strong experience in international benefits administration (non-US). The role involves managing benefits operations, payroll workflows, incidents, defects, integrations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within the Darwin benefits administration platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and JIRA tickets related to benefits data issues and track them to closure.

• Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

• Support payroll completion through Darwin.

• Review pre- and post-payroll queries and identify discrepancies before data reaches the payroll team.

• Manage annual benefits enrollment windows and approve qualified life-event exceptions.

• Maintain and update benefits portal content based on vendor changes and updates.

• Generate, analyze, and publish periodic benefits reports.

• Support defect resolution, process improvements, and vendor coordination.

• Handle benefits-related queries from international clients and payroll teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills

• International Benefits Administration (Non-US) – Mandatory

• Workday – Mandatory

• MS Excel – Mandatory (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)

• Strong English communication skills.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• JIRA and incident/ticket management.

• Project management and vendor coordination.

• Benefits administration and payroll operations.

• Reporting and data analysis.

• Darwin benefits administration experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Darwin benefits administration and payroll workflows.

• Experience handling pilot processes and process documentation.

• 5–6 years of experience in international benefits and Darwin Box is preferred.

• Any Graduate

• 5–10 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates must have experience in international benefits administration (non-US).

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

• PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.

Work Requirements

• 100% Work from Office – Mumbai

• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts under a 24×7 delivery model.
