What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist with strong expertise in International Benefits (Non-US) and hands-on experience with Darwin Benefits Administration.

Key Skills

International Benefits Administration – Mandatory
Workday HR – Mandatory
Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Data Analysis – Mandatory
Strong Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
Excellent English Communication
Project Management – Important/Preferred
JIRA & Incident/Ticket Management – Preferred
Darwin Benefits Administration – Preferred
Payroll processes & system integrations

What will you do?

• Manage benefits-related incidents, defects and JIRA tickets through closure
• Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors
• Support payroll completion and review pre/post-payroll queries
• Manage annual benefits enrollment and qualifying life event exceptions
• Maintain benefits portal content and vendor information
• Prepare, analyze and publish periodic benefits reports
• Drive defect resolution, process improvements and documentation

⭐ Ideal Profile

5–6+ years of experience in International Benefits + Darwin would be an excellent fit.
