Job Title: Associate Manager – Record to Report (RTR)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Record to Report (RTR) to lead end-to-end financial close and reporting activities. The role involves managing General Ledger operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, audits, and team leadership while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and adjustments.

• Prepare and review trial balances, financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.

• Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure accounting accuracy.

• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, fixed assets, payroll, and tax accounts.

• Handle intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and eliminations.

• Oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.

• Lead and mentor the RTR team, ensuring operational excellence and performance management.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Payroll, and Business Finance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA (Preferred).

• 7–10 years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.

• Experience managing teams in Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or MNC environments.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls.

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
