Job Summary

We are hiring Associate - Domain Utilities professionals for our Kolkata location. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Utility domain, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling UK customers, client interactions, and back-office operations while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and manage back-office utility operations efficiently.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in daily deliverables while meeting SLAs.

• Handle UK customer-related processes and provide timely support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain reports for various stakeholders.

• Respond professionally to emails and calls.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Geography / GIS (Hons).

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in the Utility domain.

• Experience handling UK customers is preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
