About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced AML Operations Analyst (AML QC) to join our Financial Crime Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AML QC, Transaction Monitoring, FCRM, AML Investigations, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to identify suspicious activity and make sound risk-based decision.

Responsibilities

•  Analyze customer transactions and account activity for suspicious patterns.
  
  
• Perform customer profile reviews and risk assessments.
•  Determine whether alerts should be closed or escalated for further investigation.
• Document investigation findings with clear rationale.
• Ensure compliance with AML policies, BSA, OFAC, KYC, and internal procedures. Qualifications
  
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 
• 10+ years of experience in AML Operations or Financial Crime Compliance. Hands-on experience in AML QC, Transaction Monitoring, FCRM, and AML Investigation.
• Strong understanding of BSA, OFAC, KYC, and AML regulations.
• Immediate to 15-day notice period preferred.
