Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interview Scheduling Specialist to manage and coordinate interview schedules for US/UK recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience in international recruitment and interview scheduling, with the ability to coordinate interviews across multiple formats, including phone, video and in-person.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and organizational skills to ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling.
• Schedule interviews across phone, video and in-person formats.
• Maintain and update interview calendars based on availability.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Hiring Managers (HM) to gather interview requirements.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and interview-related issues.
• Ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide regular status reports and scheduling updates to TA and HM.
• Maintain accurate interview scheduling records and data.
• Use Excel and other MS Office tools to manage scheduling information effectively.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in Interview Scheduling.
• US recruitment experience preferred.
• International recruitment/interview scheduling experience is mandatory.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS).
• Familiarity with interview scheduling automation tools and platforms.
• Understanding of US employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
