JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Acquisitions Legal Counsel Associate Manager to provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investment transactions.

The role will involve legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, identifying legal risks, supporting negotiations, and working closely with M&A deal attorneys and internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel.
• Strong experience in M&A practice.
• Strong knowledge of M&A transactions and legal due diligence.
