Role: Billing Specialist

Timings: US-Type Shift (Permanent)

Industry: BPO

Work Mode: Work from office

Key Skills:

Proficient in MS Office
2 years of insurance accounting experience in processing payments or commissions to sales individuals
Working knowledge of various insurance agency management systems (AMS) such as Benefit Point Applied EPIC is preferred

Role/Skill: Accounts Payables - Premium payable
Location: Nagpur. And Pune
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Band: BPO 2
Salary: 6-7 LPA
Shift: 24x7

Must Have
2 years of insurance accounting experience in processing payments or commissions to sales individuals
Working knowledge of various insurance agency management systems (AMS) such as Benefit Point Applied EPIC is preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and commission structures as well as knowledge of producer and broker payment processes, including commissions and bonus calculations.
Working knowledge of various insurance agency management systems (AMS) such as Benefit Point Applied EPIC is preferred
Willingness to work in US shift hours (CST hours)

Good to have
Ability to execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet the SLA and quality standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and time management

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
