About the Role
Own the voice behind the brand. As a Brand‑Immersed Content SME, you won’t just review content—you’ll live the brand, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with marketing, clinical, and creative teams to turn strategic intent into compelling, compliant content that engages healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and patients. You’ll be the single‑threaded owner of brand knowledge, ensuring every campaign, message, and channel execution is authentic, operationally sound, and scalable. This is a high‑impact, strategic enablement role where science meets storytelling, and your deep understanding of healthcare audiences directly shapes how the world perceives life‑changing innovations. What You’ll Do

Be the Brand Custodian: Serve as the go‑to expert on brand voice, vision, and values. You’ll ensure every piece of content—from KOL campaigns to product messaging—is consistent, accurate, and aligned with strategic goals.

Translate Strategy into Content: Partner with brand teams, marketing, and subject matter experts to decode business objectives and transform them into engaging, scalable content strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals and consumers.

Guide Creative Execution: Oversee the development of campaigns, ensuring they remain true to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Your eye for detail will safeguard clinical accuracy and contextual relevance.

Drive KOL & HCP Engagement: Build effective, multi‑channel strategies to engage KOLs and healthcare audiences online and offline. You’ll identify best practices for reaching these critical stakeholders through focused, insight‑led campaigns.

Measure Impact: Evaluate content effectiveness using data‑driven insights. You’ll continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics, audience feedback, and evolving industry trends.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor regulatory changes, scientific developments, and content innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of healthcare communications.

Collaborate & Influence: Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring that operational feasibility is baked into every content plan.

What You’ll Bring

Education: A minimum of a science degree (e.g., BSc, Pharmacy); an advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD) is highly desirable.

Experience: 12 to 16 years in brand content, marketing, or strategy, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a related scientific field.

Brand Mastery: Deep understanding of brand architecture, voice, and guidelines. You can articulate what makes a brand distinctive and ensure it shines through every touchpoint.

Content Strategy & Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex scientific or strategic objectives into clear, compelling narratives that engage both professional and lay audiences.

KOL & HCP Engagement Expertise: Familiarity with the nuances of engaging healthcare professionals, KOLs, and scientific communities through multiple channels (digital, events, publications).

Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you’ve successfully partnered with marketing, medical, and creative teams to deliver high‑stakes projects. You present ideas with clarity and conviction.

Analytical & Detail‑Oriented: You measure what matters, spot inconsistencies, and drive continuous improvement without losing sight of the big picture.

Band: BPO 6/7, reflecting seniority and strategic influence.
